Job summary

Pensacola Beach Properties is hiring a Field Technician to support Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach properties. The role combines minor maintenance, unit departure inspections, and guest arrival inspections, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

You’ll coordinate with other departments, manage vendor communications, and help reconcile a company credit card. Benefits include health, dental, PTO, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Availability to work weekends, holidays and on-call as scheduled.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units for damage, maintenance issues, and cleanliness.
• Maintain units to standards and facilitate larger repairs if necessary.
• Provide detailed communication and documentation of issues to other departments and coworkers.
• Warehouse organization and stocking laundry and unit inventory.
