• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties before and after departure cleans to verify standards.
• Record and report cleaning or maintenance issues in Beach Getaways app.
• Take photos and complete a detailed inspection checklist for each property.
• Perform light cleaning, touch-ups, sweeping, vacuuming, and surface wiping as needed to prepare a home for guests.
• Deliver and restock inventory items at properties as needed.
• Provide your own reliable transportation to properties throughout Pensacola Beach.
• Be flexible to assist with other related duties as they come up.
