Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections across Northern Region properties.
• Address minor maintenance issues and report major concerns.
• Ensure properties meet Gulf Coast Property Management standards.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
