Job summary

Prologis in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Property Administrator who will support the Real Estate & Customer Experience team. You will assist two Property Managers and a Maintenance Technician, coordinate with multiple internal teams, and manage customer repair requests and payments to ensure seamless service for tenants across our industrial portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in admin or real estate, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, customer service, real estate or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external customers.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with urgency and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Support two Property Managers and a Maintenance Technician with operational and communications tasks.
• Coordinate with Leasing, Construction, Customer Account, Essentials, Solar, Energy and other internal teams.
• Process customer repair requests, monitor tickets, and update portals; assist with payments and AR reports.
