CoStar Group is seeking a Field Researcher to collect tenant and occupancy data in the Los Angeles market, documenting building characteristics to support our commercial real estate information platform. This role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and professional interaction with property staff.

You will navigate grids, perform floor-by-floor walkthroughs, record tenant names, addresses, suite sizes, geolocation, and media, and ensure complete coverage across priority properties while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited in-person university or college.
• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong time management and attention to detail; ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to accurately capture and enter data.

Responsabilités

• Navigate one-mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage.
• Conduct thorough walk-throughs of assigned commercial buildings floor-by-floor to document detailed tenant data (business name, full address, suite size, geo-location, and media).
• Professionally communicate with building staff and management to access tenant rosters and other property data.
• Identify new or missing inventory, including missing availability and other commercial data.
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of all collected information.
• Represent CoStar in a professional manner.
