Job summary

FutureJobHub LLC in Wisconsin seeks a Property Damage Estimator to inspect, estimate, and manage residential and commercial damage claims involving fire, water, wind and collision. This full-time, on-site role is based in Sheboygan with local travel.

You will conduct inspections, prepare detailed estimates, liaison with insurers and property owners, and maintain thorough documentation while applying construction knowledge and restoration methods.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of construction estimating or related field experience.
• Construction knowledge; estimating experience preferred.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work on active/damaged job sites and travel within the region.
• No felony convictions.

Responsibilities

We’re seeking a Property Damage Estimator to inspect, estimate, and manage residential and commercial property damage claims involving fire, water, wind, and collision.

• Conduct property inspections and prepare accurate estimates
• Work with insurance representatives, TPAs, and property owners
• Manage multiple time-sensitive claims and maintain detailed job documentation
• Apply knowledge of construction and property restoration methods
• Provide compassionate, professional customer service
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

Must Have:
