Leading International Law Firm is seeking a Property Coverage Attorney to join its Insurance Coverage practice. The role involves handling sophisticated property insurance matters for high-profile clients, including coverage analysis, litigation, and dispute resolution within a collaborative environment.

You will analyze policies, draft opinions, prepare client communications, and support case strategy through all phases of litigation with a focus on confidentiality and professional discretion.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 3-8 years of substantive experience in insurance coverage matters.
• Experience handling property insurance coverage issues, including policy analysis and claims evaluation.
• Strong background in legal research, writing, and drafting, with demonstrated analytical rigor.
• Experience preparing coverage opinions, pleadings, briefs, and discovery materials.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive and highly confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and claim materials, draft coverage opinions, and provide strategic recommendations to clients
• Prepare correspondence and communications for clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
• Review and analyze documents in connection with coverage disputes and litigation
• Draft and respond to written discovery, pleadings, and dispositive motions
• Conduct and defend depositions and participate in hearings and mediations
• Advocate for clients in dispute resolution proceedings and support case strategy through all phases of litigation
