You will handle pre-suit coverage analysis through litigation, draft key pleadings and manage multiple matters while maintaining high professional standards and client service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant attorney experience.
• Insurance coverage experience preferred but comparable civil litigation experience considered.
• Strong legal writing, analytical and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex insurance policies and first-party property coverage issues.
• Prepare coverage opinions and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Handle matters from pre-suit coverage analysis through litigation and resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions and participate in discovery.
• Represent clients in mediations and other dispute-resolution proceedings.
• Develop litigation and coverage strategies with experienced attorneys.
• Communicate with clients regarding coverage issues, case strategy, and developments.
• Manage multiple matters with time-sensitive client needs.
