Ingalls Shipbuilding, a division of HII, is seeking a Property Control Administrator to manage government and company property. You will maintain records, audit assets, and oversee disposal of surplus materials in compliance with regulations.

The role requires a relevant degree with experience and familiarity with FAR/DFAR guidelines. On-site position located in Pascagoula, MS with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in property management or related field.
• Master's degree with 1 year of experience is acceptable.
• PhD with zero years of experience is also considered.

Responsibilities

• Administers property control program activities to ensure accountability of government, associate, or company property.
• Maintains property accountability records and determines condition; arranges disposal of surplus material.
• Conducts property audits, advises on regulations, and prepares periodic reports on taxes, rentals and insurance.
