Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Virginia seeks a Property Compliance Manager to oversee and coordinate operational compliance across the property. You will monitor the Compliance Program, standardize practices, and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies.

This role requires at least an undergraduate degree and 2 years in gaming compliance with supervisory experience. Strong reading, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with travel ability and the capacity to obtain

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree preferred.
Minimum two years’ experience in gaming compliance with supervisory experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret gaming statutes, rules and regulations.
Ability to manage multi-faceted projects to a successful conclusion.
Strong written and verbal communication in English; ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

Ensure property compliance with the Company’s Compliance Program including meetings and coordination.
Research jurisdictional requirements and property-based initiatives.
Standardize property compliance functions in line with Company standards.
Coordinate with regulatory agencies, respond to audits, and follow up on corrective actions.
Coordinate internal control submissions and jurisdictional reports; support subpoenas responses.
