Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to oversee property compliance programs and AML functions across the Lake Tahoe properties. The role requires coordinating with Corporate AML and Compliance Operations, training, and regulatory interactions.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in gaming compliance with supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed. Undergraduate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years experience in gaming compliance, with supervisory experience.
• Literate and fluent in English.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret gaming statutes, rules, and regulations.
• Ability to manage multi-faceted projects and respond to regulatory inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property compliance with the Company's Compliance Program.
• Coordinate AML program activities across the property.
• Monitor training related to Compliance and AML for property teams.
• Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and prepare audit responses.
• Submit regulatory reports and respond to subpoenas as needed.
• Coordinate internal control submissions and external documentation.
• Oversee CTR, SAR, and KYC processes and investigations.
• Interface with Internal Audit and management on findings and corrective actions.
