Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin driver's license.
• Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling Code - Construction Inspector Certification required.
• UDC HVAC inspector certification must be obtained within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior property inspections for compliance with City, State, and Federal codes.
• Inspect properties and respond to citizen complaints and inspector referrals.
• Enforce code provisions by issuing notices, orders to correct conditions, and citations; process reinspection fees.
