Qualifications

• Ability to perform all functions of an Assistant Community Manager.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Prior multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train property associates.
• Evaluate associates' performance and conduct annual reviews.
• Develop and execute leasing and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain sound rent collection procedures and budgeting.
• Ensure property grounds and facilities are clean and maintained.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor activities on site.
