Responsibilities

• Regularly inspects the property to ensure company standards are met and safety/compliance
• Gathers and analyzes market data and implements leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals
• Develops resident retention strategies and responds to service issues timely
• Hires, trains, supervises, and mentors property staff; conducts performance evaluations
• Prepares weekly/monthly property operation reports and manages budgets and vendor relations
