Job summary

• Prepare for move-ins, renovations, and turns timely.
• Prepare and submit reports to Regional Manager.
• Monitor advertising sources and display materials.
• Oversee budgets and vendor relationships.
• Provide leasing assistance as needed.
• Document changes in resident and maintenance files.
