Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of an assigned apartment community. You will lead the on‑site team, manage budgeted financial and operational goals, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other regulations.

You will drive leasing, rent collection, vendor management, amenities upkeep, and resident satisfaction, while reporting performance and coordinating with owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as a leader.

Responsibilities

• Input into budget development by analyzing financial statements and reports.
• Meet targeted revenues by setting rent rates and posting payments timely.
• Approve invoices and manage coordination between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Control expenditures and manage petty cash within the approved budget.
• Oversee lease enforcement, leasing activities, inspections, notices, and renewals.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies to hit occupancy goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests.
• Ensure property maintenance meets safety and aesthetic standards.
• Supervise staff and train employees, monitoring performance per policy.
