Job summary

Drucker & Falk, LLC's Pier 33 in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Housekeeper to keep the community clean and neat, including offices, models, clubhouse, lobbies, and common areas. You will work under the supervision of the Property Manager and Service Manager.

This role emphasizes readiness to maintain safety, report deficiencies, and provide courteous service. No formal training required; prior housekeeping or maintenance experience is helpful, and the position offers growth potential, paid time

Qualifications

• No formal training required; willingness to work and learn.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks regularly.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain daily upkeep of clubhouse and common areas.
• Inventory and care of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Clean lighting fixtures, surfaces, restrooms, lobbies, elevators, stairs.
• Report defects or unusual circumstances to the Property Manager.
• Ensure courteous, efficient response at all times.
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Understand management and property policies.
• Report to Property Manager any repairs needed.
• Perform other duties as required by supervision.
