Job summary

Under supervision of the Property Manager, you will prep vacant units, maintain cleanliness, manage supplies, and follow safety policies to ensure a neat, safe environment for residents and staff.

No formal training is required, but reliability and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Able to reach with hands and arms and talk/hear clearly.
• Willingness to learn and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain daily upkeep of clubhouse and common areas.
• Clean and polish lighting fixtures and surfaces.
• Manage supplies and equipment inventory.
• Report defects or safety concerns to the Property Manager.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and safety policies.
