Responsibilities

• Clean common areas such as lobbies, restrooms, stairwells, laundry rooms, kitchens, offices and multi-purpose spaces.
• Perform deep cleaning of vacant units during turnover, including floor care and trash removal.
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal landscaping tasks.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks to support the property team.
