Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of property claims adjusting experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisorial leadership.
• Ability to review estimates and correct as needed.
• Familiarity with company claim handling procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of adjusters.
• Guide handling of escalated problem files.
• Oversee triage of water damage claims for immediate response.
• Review adjuster and vendor estimates and make corrections.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Work in the San Antonio office.
