Location is Sandy Hook, CT with remote-field work from home and occasional travel. The role demands strong communication, field inspection skills, and knowledge of policy terms to resolve claims effectively.

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments for residential and commercial claims.
• Collaborate with policyholders, agents, and others to gather information.
• Interact with parties who express emotions or concerns during inspections.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
• Gather evidence, document findings, and prepare detailed reports.
• Investigate and adjust personal and commercial property claims up to $500,000.
• Evaluate coverage and terms to determine claim validity and compliance.
• Negotiate and settle claims within authorized limits.
