Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damages for residential and commercial claims.
• Meet with policyholders, agents, and other parties to gather information and resolve claims.
• Explain coverage, estimate damages, and guide insureds through the claims process.
• Prepare detailed reports and documents to support claims handling.
• Investigate and adjust property claims with exposures up to $500,000.
