Responsibilities

• Analyze initial reports and contact insureds/claimants to initiate claims.
• Evaluate policy language to identify coverage issues and reserves.
• Develop and maintain claims files with thorough loss analysis and diary notes.
• Establish reserves and pursue recovery opportunities where applicable.
• Negotiate settlements and manage vendor workflows and external partners.
• Mentor less experienced adjusters and contribute to team goals.
• Support surge operations and catastrophe response as needed.
