Job summary

Accurate Claims Inc. is seeking a Property Field Claims Adjuster to cover Green Bay, WI and surrounding areas. You will inspect property damage claims in person, liaise with clients, and deliver professional service while supporting our Wisconsin coverage.

The role requires travel within roughly a 1.5 hour radius and emphasizes safety, accuracy, and strong communication. This is not a remote position, and a reliable vehicle is required.

Qualifications

Accurate Claims Inc. is a multi-line independent claims adjusting company founded in 1999. Based in Green Bay, Wisconsin, our mission is to provide exceptional service and obtain better results for our clients. Our team of four full-time field claims adjusters and 2 1099 adjusters are serving all of Wisconsin offering prompt, professional, and personalized claims service.

Role Description

This is a Property Field Claims Adjuster role based in or around Green Bay, WI. As a Property Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for handling property damage claims, performing in-person inspections of damages, communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, and working within the insurance industry. Please note - this is NOT a remote/desk adjuster position.

Qualifications

• Property Damage and Claims Handling skills
• 2+ Years Experience
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Experience in the insurance claims industry
• Attention to safety, detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of property insurance policies
• Knowledge of required Software - Xactimate, Symbility, Optional - FileTrac
• Reliable vehicle to travel to/from inspection loss sites
• Other adjusting experience a plus! (Casualty/Liability, Auto/physical damage, Cargo Loss)

Territory would include approximately a 1.5 hr radius around Green Bay, but mostly within the Green Bay / Fox Valley area.
