About the Role : We're seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Producer to join a well-established agency with strong carrier relationships and a supportive team environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who excels in building client relationships and is ready to grow a book of business in the Property & Casualty space.

What You’ll Do :

Prospect, develop, and manage new and existing client relationships in P&C lines

Customize insurance solutions to meet the specific needs of commercial and / or personal clients

Work closely with account managers and support staff to ensure smooth policy servicing

Maintain knowledge of carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends

Meet or exceed sales targets and renewal goals

What You’ll Bring :

2+ years of experience as a licensed Property & Casualty Producer

Strong understanding of commercial and / or personal lines insurance products

Proven track record in generating and closing new business

Self-motivated with excellent communication and customer service skills
