Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs.
• Must work independently and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Available to work Monday through Friday between 7am and 6pm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs.
• Perform duties related to unit turnovers.
• Carry out ongoing routine maintenance checks.
• Implement required unit and building inspections.
• Obtain bids for contracted maintenance work.
