What You'll Do:

• Maintain Grounds and Structures: Keep properties in top shape with daily upkeep.
• Conduct Inspections: Regularly check properties to spot maintenance needs.
• Manage Vendors: Oversee third-party vendors to ensure quality work.
• Preventive Maintenance: Implement and perform routine maintenance on essential equipment.
• Interact with Clients: Respond to owner requests professionally and promptly.
• Be Flexible: Primarily care for one property but assist with others and special projects as needed.
• Handle Physical Tasks: Be prepared for walking, bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting to 50 pounds.
• Use Your Handyman Skills: Apply your strong maintenance skillset.
