Job summary

The Retirement Housing Foundation is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for Anaheim Memorial Manor, a 75-unit senior living community in Anaheim, CA. You will maintain buildings, common areas, and grounds, perform daily janitorial duties, and support the Property Manager with service requests to keep the community safe, clean, and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and ability to read technical manuals.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge is preferred.
• Basic English communication and tool proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior appearance of buildings and common areas.
• Complete unit turnovers within 3 days of move-out.
• Perform painting and preventative maintenance per schedule.
• Assist with apartment and systems inspections as needed.
• Respond to work orders and document details in OneSite.
• Address maintenance emergencies, including after-hours as needed.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and appliance repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors and monitor landscape contractor.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
