Job summary

Americas Mailbox is seeking a Property Care Team Member to help maintain our campground, office property, and guest areas. You’ll mow and maintain lawns, trim landscaping, and assist with seasonal projects while ensuring a clean, safe environment for guests.

We value dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy outdoor work, have a strong work ethic, and can collaborate with a positive team. Training is provided where needed, and opportunities to grow exist within the company.

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Previous lawn care or groundskeeping experience is helpful, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas.
Pull weeds and assist with groundskeeping.
Collect and dispose of trash throughout the property.
Clean and maintain campsites, guest areas, sidewalks, and outdoor common spaces.
Assist with landscaping, seasonal projects, and beautification efforts.
Perform basic maintenance and minor repair tasks.
Safely operate lawn equipment, hand tools, and maintenance equipment.
Monitor property conditions and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Assist with event setup, cleanup, and other special projects.
Complete assigned tasks independently while working efficiently.
Work alongside team members on larger property improvement projects.
Provide friendly, professional interactions with guests and coworkers.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Schedule

Full-Time – 40 Hours Per Week

Monday–Friday

Flexible Schedule

Typical shifts are scheduled during daytime business hours, generally between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. Morning, afternoon, and occasional special event hours may be available.

Schedules are flexible and may vary depending on business needs to best support daily operations and property maintenance.
