Sinatra & Company Management LLC in Buffalo, NY is seeking a full-time Cleaner / Custodian to maintain clubhouse, lobby, pool area, and common spaces. Duties include housekeeping, minor landscaping, reporting damages, and securing facilities after hours with strong emphasis on safety and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are team players, reliable, and able to lift heavy items. Valid driver's license and availability for weather-related tasks are preferred; benefits include health

Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy items and perform manual labor safely.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to housekeeping in clubhouse, lobby, fitness center, pool area, vacant units, model units, and all other areas on property.
• Assist in minor cleanup and landscaping needs.
• Reports damages discovered immediately to applicable party.
• Secures facilities after operating hours by locking all doors, windows, and any other entry points necessary.
• Completes snow removal (if applicable) including shoveling, salting, snow blowing, etc.
• Assists in tasks such as lifting heavy items, relocating furniture, or other needs from the maintenance or property management team.
• Completes tasks assigned in a timely manner.
• Maintains awareness of budgetary constraints and manages materials accordingly.
• Ensures grounds are in presentable order and reports hazards or lease violations.
• Provides excellent attention to detail to elevate property curb appeal.
• Assists in make-ready unit turns and tracks move-in/move-out dates.
• Provides excellent customer service interactions while performing duties around property.
• Documents operations in logbooks or software and maintains knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
