Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, facilities maintenance, or related field preferred.
• Experience operating landscaping or snow removal equipment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain exterior appearance through groundskeeping and landscaping activities.
• Perform janitorial duties in leasing offices and common areas.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy and assist turnover processes.
• Operate company vehicles and seasonal equipment safely.
