Exciting Opportunity: Property Attendant at Woodspring Suites in Roanoke, VA!

About the Role: Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Property Attendant who is a team player and flexible in completing various hotel responsibilities. These include preventative maintenance, cleaning public areas, prepping rooms for housekeeping, and assisting with laundry duties.

Primary Duties:

• Maintenance: Managing work orders promptly, performing tasks like carpet shampooing, floor cleaning, light electrical and plumbing work, preventative maintenance, janitorial work, parking lot upkeep, trash cleanup, drywall repair, painting, and caulking.
• Inventory: Managing maintenance supplies and tools, and placing orders as needed.
• Housekeeping: Preparing rooms for housekeeping, including removing linens and trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs.
• Emergency Procedures: Knowing and following emergency protocols to ensure safety and security.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing stairs and ladders repeatedly.
• Performing tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
