Mr. Bubbles Auto Spa - Part Time Attendant

Mr. Bubbles Auto Spa is seeking a part-time Attendant responsible for assisting Managers/Supervisors with daily operations and ensuring the profitability of the car wash facility. The role includes maintaining the physical appearance of the site, equipment upkeep, and promoting a safe work environment. The Attendant also contributes to building a team environment and supports management as needed.

Compensation

Part Time: $10 an hour

Great for students.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prep/load vehicles before entering the wash
• Greet, interact, and complete sales transactions with customers at fixed kiosks in a commercial, automated car wash environment
• Use interactive touch screens to identify, select, and complete vehicle wash transactions
• Communicate with customers to guide vehicles into the wash tunnel safely and efficiently, observing and identifying vehicles that may be unsafe for washing
• Remove dust, grease, oil, and chemicals from vehicles; use towels and cleaning supplies
• Handle transactions, report concerns, and address customer complaints
• Disconnect, clean, and reconnect automated wash machinery and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of the site, including trash removal, vacuuming, and equipment cleaning with pressure washers
• Prepare and stock supplies, and clean customer areas as needed
• Follow safety and procedural guidelines set by Mr. Bubbles Auto Spa
• Enter customer information into the database, assist in the office, and perform other assigned duties
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and honesty
• Communicate effectively and work well within a team
• Pass a drug screen and comprehensive background check
• Some employees may need to drive a vehicle with a standard transmission
