Exciting Opportunity: Property Attendant at WoodSpring Suites in Ceres, CA!

About the Role: Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Property Attendant who is a committed team player and flexible in completing various hotel responsibilities. These include general preventative maintenance, cleaning public areas, preparing rooms for housekeeping, and assisting with laundry duties.

Primary Duties:

• Maintenance: Managing work orders promptly, adhering to preventative maintenance schedules, and performing tasks such as carpet shampooing, hard surface cleaning, light electrical and plumbing work, drywall repair, painting, and more.
• Inventory: Managing maintenance supplies and tools, and coordinating orders with management.
• Housekeeping: Preparing rooms for housekeeping, including removing linens and trash, moving furniture, and assessing maintenance needs.
• Emergency Procedures: Following property emergency protocols and ensuring guest and property security.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Repetitive climbing of stairs and ladders.
• Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
