Exciting Opportunity: Property Attendant at ESA Premier Suites in Belgrade, MT!

About the Role: Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Property Attendant who is a team player and flexible in handling multiple hotel responsibilities. These include general preventative maintenance, cleaning public areas, preparing rooms for housekeeping, and assisting with laundry duties.

Primary Duties:

• Maintenance: Managing work orders promptly, adhering to preventative maintenance schedules, including carpet shampooing, cleaning floors, light electrical and plumbing work, drywall repair, painting, caulking, and more.
• Inventory: Managing maintenance supplies and tools, and placing orders as needed.
• Housekeeping Preparation: Preparing rooms for housekeeping, including removing linens and trash, moving furniture, and assessing maintenance needs.
• Emergency Procedures: Following property emergency protocols to ensure safety and security.
• Other Duties: As assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing stairs and ladders repeatedly.
• Performing tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
