What this job involves: As a Property Associate at JLL, you will serve as the primary administrative point of contact for an Office property or portfolio. You will also provide accounting and financial support, maintain positive tenant relations and provide superior customer service. What your day-to-day will look like:
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries, processing service requests, and coordinating resolution of maintenance issues
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process and coordinate work orders for maintenance, repairs, and facility services to ensure timely resolution of tenant needs
- Support property management team with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of property records and databases
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), certificates of insurance (COIs), code invoices and complete other financial tasks
- Help prepare monthly reports, financial summaries, and property performance updates for senior management and clients
- Support lease administration activities including tenant move-in processes, document filing, and communication coordination
- Assist with tenant events, building communications, and community engagement initiatives to enhance tenant experience
- Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of tenant databases
- All other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of work experience in an office environment, preferably in commercial real estate or property management
- 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service or customer-facing position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with eagerness to grow within the commercial real estate industry
- Reliable attendance and punctuality with commitment to providing consistent, high-quality service
- Valid driver’s license
