Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking an energetic on-site Assistant Manager for a property with 200+ units. You will handle customer service, leasing, and basic bookkeeping, and mentor junior staff. Prior experience with property management systems, especially Yardi, is a plus.

• Minimum of 1 year experience as on-site assistant manager of 200 units or more.
• Experience in bookkeeping, leasing, training, and mentoring.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Yardi is a plus.
