Job summary

RTX is seeking a Property Plant Clearance Administrator for an onsite role in Manchester, NH. You will manage government and RTX-owned property, ensure disposal compliance, and coordinate with DCMA and prime contractors.

The position requires a university degree or equivalent with several years of related experience, plus familiarity with ERP, cPDM, and SPS. You will train teams, drive process improvements, and support audits in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• An Advanced Degree in a related field and 3 years experience.
• Experience with Government Property Asset Management, Property, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Experience with ERP software, cPDM, and Property systems (i.e., SPS).

Responsibilities

• Submit Government Property Inventory Disposal Schedules to DCMA and/or prime contractors.
• Coordinate disposal activities with DCMA, prime contractors, and Raytheon Capital Finance.
• Deliver training and awareness materials tailored to audiences such as program leadership, engineering, lab management, and other functional teams.
• Drive a culture of improvement and efficiency within the Logistics/Property organization by implementing innovative solutions and affordability initiatives.
• Participate in projects and initiatives to elevate organizational performance.
• Support compliance with regulations and internal/external audit protocols.
• Identify bottlenecks based on metrics impacting the property system and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate daily with other teams, programs, and business units to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Facilitate continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization to enhance business and property acumen.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs., as needed.
