Job summary

RTX Corporation in Marana, AZ seeks a Property/Logistics professional to manage Government Furnished Material movements, disposal schedules, and compliance across ERP and SPS systems. The role focuses on improving efficiency, training stakeholders, and coordinating with DCMA and prime contractors.

The position requires a university degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years. It offers a comprehensive benefits package and on-site work in Marana.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and 3 years experience.
• Experience with Government Property Asset Management, Property, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Experience with ERP software, cPDM, and Property systems (i.e., SPS).
• We Prefer Experience using Government reporting systems i.e. WAWF, PIEE, and established role as a GFP Contractor Property Manager.
• Experience in Office 365, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of database architecture and management.
• Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), disclosure statements and Sarbanes Oxley.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for ERP transactional movements for Government Furnished Material (GFM) to/from the plant clearance warehouse, to include transfer orders, MIGO’s, and ERP record retirements.
• Submit Government Property Inventory Disposal Schedules to DCMA and/or prime contractors.
• Coordinate disposal activities with DCMA, prime contractors, and Raytheon Capital Finance.
• Deliver training and awareness materials tailored to audiences such as program leadership, engineering, lab management, and other functional teams.
• Drive a culture of improvement and efficiency within the Logistics/Property organization by implementing innovative solutions and affordability initiatives.
• Participate in projects and initiatives to elevate organizational performance.
• Support compliance with regulations and internal/external audit protocols.
• Identify bottlenecks based on metrics impacting the property system and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate daily with other teams, programs, and business units to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Facilitate continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization to enhance business and property acumen.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs., as needed.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
