Job summary

RTX is seeking a Property Plant Clearance Administrator for the Marana, AZ site. This onsite role focuses on government property management, ERP movements, and disposal coordination with DCMA and contractors. The position emphasizes process improvements, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate will train teams, drive efficiency, and support audits while handling asset records and lifting tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of relevant work.
Advanced degree available with 3+ years experience is acceptable.
Experience with Government Property Asset Management and related systems is required.

Responsibilities

Act as ERP transaction contact for Government Furnished Material movements to/from the plant clearance warehouse.
Submit Government Property Inventory Disposal Schedules to DCMA or prime contractors.
Coordinate disposal with DCMA, prime contractors, and Raytheon Capital Finance.
Deliver training and awareness materials to leadership and teams.
Drive improvement and affordability initiatives within Logistics/Property.
Support compliance with audits and regulations.
Identify bottlenecks in property systems and propose solutions.
Collaborate daily with programs and business units to meet goals.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and ongoing learning.
Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs.
