Job summary

RTX is seeking a Property Administrator at White Sands, NM to support government property management, fleet operations, and asset lifecycle compliance. This onsite role requires active DoD Secret clearance and coordination with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, or An Advanced Degree.
• Experience with Government Property asset management, Property, Operations, and/or Supply Chain roles.
• Experience with property management requirements and related regulatory environments.
• Active and transferable Secret clearance required at time of application, with potential to obtain higher clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external audits to meet requirements and FAR/DFARS.
• Serve as site focal point for fleet operations, vehicle acquisition, transport within 50 miles, and DOT/compliance tasks.
• Maintain asset records through acquisition and disposal in line with regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop standardized processes and measurement tools.
• Validate ownership, maintenance, utilization, storage, and disposition of assets for accountability.
• Coordinate property control with cross-functional teams to comply with regulations.
• Travel up to 25%.
