Qualifications

• Montana certification in residential property appraisal required within first year.
• Experience in appraisal, property tax, assessment or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property reviews and field appraisals to determine final value.
• Review tax records, land use, and valuation documents for accuracy.
• Conduct field inspections and prepare comparable sales analyses.
• Document assumptions and adjustments; respond to inquiries and participate in appeals.
