HOW A PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Manages government property and assets in accordance with contract requirements, approved procedures, and government regulations
- Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day‑to‑day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities.
- Performs clerical and manual tasks to maintain an inventory of materials, parts, supplies and equipment
- Receives, barcodes, inventories and disposes assigned equipment
- Updates tracking/management database with asset information
- Moves equipment between facilities via pallet jack or pushcart
- Maintains consumable stock levels – completes equipment reorders as required
- Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory, and analyzes requirements to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Hands‑on logistics analyst and technician to be part of a team of logistics professionals focused on supporting the customer’s mission at the largest site in the customer’s enterprise
- Ready for full days, fast pace, and a variety of skill sets used throughout the week
- Performs the full spectrum of duties associated with shipping/receiving, inter‑plant transfers, barcode assignments and database maintenance
- Is able to account for annual inventory of thousands of accountable items, working with security and government logistics managers for disposition
- Assists other work centers to identify and satisfy their logistics requirements
- Attention to detail and ability to track multiple logistics tasking through established and evolving policy is a must
- Must be able to lift, carry, and load equipment/material weighing up to 50 pounds onto shelves, pallets, and box trucks for transport; regularly required to stand, walk, and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must be able to access IT equipment in and around office furniture, as part of annual inventory is required
- Performs manual labor associated with palletizing/de‑palletizing equipment plus above‑average skill with office computers and applications
- Participates in special projects as required
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
- Required Experience: 0+ years of related experience
- Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with polygraph
- Location: On Customer Site
- US Citizenship Required
- Required Skills and Abilities: MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook; proficient in creating, modifying, and organizing spreadsheets with large line items
