Responsibilities
- Oversee manual inventory and data entry to the property database of record, ensuring discrepancies are corrected and asset records are accurate.
- Control and document assets through the life cycle of receiving, barcoding, tracking movement of assets, and disposition of assigned equipment/material.
- Document moves and update/track movement of assets between facilities.
- Run reports to assess and maintain consumable stock levels, completing equipment reorders as required.
- Manage equipment movement between facilities.
- Support customer logistics requirements through analysis, organization, planning, and administration of provisioning, spares, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Conduct distribution and network studies, monitor inventory, and analyze requirements to develop strategies for desired delivery times.
- Maintain valid driver’s license.
- Collaborate with logistics analysts and technicians to support the customer’s mission at the largest site.
- Perform shipping/receiving, inter‑plant transfers, barcode assignments, and database maintenance.
- Account for annual inventory of thousands of items, working with security and government logistics managers for disposition.
- Assist other work centers to identify and satisfy logistics requirements.
- Track multiple logistics tasking through established policy, ensuring accuracy.
- Participate in special projects as required.
- Lift, carry, and load equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Access IT equipment inside, under, and around office furniture for annual inventory.
- Manage palletizing and de‑palletizing operations during day‑to‑day activities or staffing shortages.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science.
- Experience: 2+ years of related property or logistics experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, database entry, maintenance, and quality control.
- Security Clearance: Must hold a TS/SCI with Polygraph.
