Job summary

Akima Global Logistics (AGL) seeks a Property Administrator at Schofield Barracks, HI to manage GFP and CAP records and ensure property accountability in accordance with FAR and AR directives.

You will handle PIEE, WAWF, and GFP Module records, support property transactions, and produce audit-ready reports. The role requires 3–5 years in property or logistics, with DoD/Army experience preferred and ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent military experience acceptable.
  • 3–5 years in property management, supply, or logistics; Army contractor experience strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with PIEE, WAWF, GFP Module, and/or other Army property systems.
  • Knowledge of FAR 45, DFARS 245, AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • Must be willing to travel if required; Real ID and valid driver's license; CAC; background eligibility.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accountability, utilization, and disposition per FAR/DFARS/ARs.
  • Conduct regular property inventories, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare adjustment docs.
  • Monitor receipt, issue, storage, movement, and disposal of government property.
  • Manage PIEE property records including GFP Module and WAWF.
  • Upload, validate, and update records to ensure contract compliance.
  • Support contractor staff in using PIEE for property transactions, acceptance, and reporting.
  • Prepare property management reports (LDD, utilization, annual inventories).
  • Support internal and external audits by DCMA, DCAA, Army auditors.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation; provide training to site personnel.
  • Maintain ISO 9001:2015 SOPs and comply with contract requirements.
  • Identify risks and implement corrective actions; collaborate with QA/QC.

Job description

AGL is looking for a Property Administrator to work in Schofield Barracks, HI.

Responsibilities
Property Accountability & Compliance
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all Government-Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor-Acquired Property (CAP).
  • Ensure accountability, utilization, and disposition of property in accordance with FAR 45, DFARS 252.245-7003, AR 710-4, and AR 735-5.
  • Conduct regular property inventories, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare adjustment documentation.
  • Monitor receipt, issue, storage, movement, and disposal of government property.
PIEE System Management
  • Manage property records within PIEE modules, including the GFP Module, Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), and Property Management Applications.
  • Upload, validate, and update government property records in PIEE to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
  • Support contractor staff in using PIEE for property transactions, acceptance, and reporting.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and certifications required by DCMA and the Contracting Officer.
Auditing & Reporting
  • Prepare and submit required property management reports (e.g., Loss, Damage, or Destruction [LDD] reports, utilization reports, and annual inventory certifications).
  • Support internal and external audits conducted by DCMA, DCAA, or Army auditors.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation at all times.
Training & Oversight
  • Provide guidance and training to site personnel on proper handling, safeguarding, and reporting of government property.
  • Maintains property management SOPs in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and contract requirements.
  • Ensure personnel understand procedures for receipt, storage, transportation, and turn-in of property.
Continuous Improvement & Risk Mitigation
  • Identify risks related to property accountability and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Recommend process improvements to strengthen compliance and efficiency in property management.
  • Collaborate with QA/QC staff to ensure integration of property management into overall site quality system.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent military experience acceptable.
  • 3–5 years in property management, supply, or logistics (Army contractor or military experience strongly preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with PIEE, WAWF, GFP Module, and/or other Army property systems.
  • Knowledge of FAR 45, DFARS 245, AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • Must be willing to travel if required.
  • Must have a Real ID and a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
  • Must be able to obtain Tier1/ NACI (Public trust) background eligibility.
Certifications (preferred)
  • DAU CLM031 (Property Management for DoD Contracts), NPMA Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS).
Skills
  • Strong organizational and recordkeeping abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills for interfacing with Army officials, COR, and contractor management.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain audit-ready property documentation.
Physical Demands & Working Environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform routine standing, walking, bending, and reaching tasks in warehouse and field environments.
  • Must also meet all physical requirements necessary to perform assigned duties, including working in extreme heat or cold, high, or low humidity, blowing sand and dust, confined spaces, heights, and other inclement weather conditions.
  • This position involves working both indoors and outdoors, periodic overtime, and exposure to heat, dust, cold, and adverse weather conditions.
