You will support residents, vendors, and on-site teams, manage records, rent processing, and audit readiness, delivering exceptional service and driving efficient operations.

  • Administrative Expert: run daily office operations, organize records, process paperwork, meet deadlines.
  • Financial Coordinator: assist with rent collections, invoicing, deposits, reporting, and budgeting.
  • Compliance Champion: maintain resident files, lease docs, and affordable housing compliance documentation.
  • Resident Support: provide excellent customer service to residents and vendors.
  • Maintenance Coordination: track work orders, coordinate vendor communication, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Property Manager support: assist with reporting, initiatives, and day-to-day operations.
