Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations at one of our multifamily communities. You will supervise on-site leasing and maintenance teams, drive resident satisfaction, and manage budgeting and reporting to maximize occupancy and revenue.

You’ll promote the property with marketing partners, maintain high standards of upkeep, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in property management.
• 4+ years of residential property management experience with a proven leasing/sales track record.
• 2+ years supervising two or more employees.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office in an office environment.
• Familiarity with business and accounting concepts; able to read and analyze financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Run the show: oversee day-to-day operations from leasing and resident relations to work orders and vendor coordination.
• Lead the team: hire, train, schedule, and support on-site leasing and maintenance staff.
• Market like a pro: partner with marketing to attract residents and renew leases.
