Boston Properties, Inc is seeking a motivated individual to act as primary assistant to Senior Accountants, handling day-to-day general accounting tasks. This role includes assisting with customer/client billings, accounts receivable issues, and preparation of financial reports.

The ideal candidate will have an Associates Degree, experience in customer service or billing, and proficiency in Excel. This position offers a competitive salary range of $68,000 - $90,000 along with other comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 0-2 years of related experience required.
• Experience in customer service, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Accountants with quarterly close process.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly revenue analysis.
• Resolve Accounts Receivable and Payable questions.
