Responsibilities

• Provide daily accounting support to tenants and onsite property teams.

• Enter and maintain tenant charges (rent, CAM, other charges) in Entrata.
• Coordinate monthly tenant ACH payments with Property Accountants.
• Communicate with tenants and internal teams to resolve inquiries and discrepancies.

Property Accountant Specialist

Location: Downtown Indianapolis, IN

Compensation: $25–$28/hour

Schedule: Fully in-office for the first 6 months; after 6 months, strong performers may work from home 1 day/week.

What You'll Do

• Provide daily accounting support to commercial tenants and onsite property teams across the portfolio
• Manage commercial tenant ledgers, including posting and reversing payments, creating and reversing charges, and resolving accounting issues
• Enter and maintain accurate tenant charges, including rent, CAM, and additional rent schedules in Entrata
• Coordinate monthly commercial tenant ACH payments with Property Accountants
• Communicate with tenants and internal teams to resolve questions and accounting discrepancies

What We're Looking For

• Property management experience is a plus, but not required
