Welltower, a leader in senior housing and healthcare infrastructure, is seeking a Manager of Seniors Housing Property Accounting to oversee accounting and financial reporting for key areas including fixed assets, construction, and operating expenses. The role ensures US GAAP compliance and SOX controls.

You will mentor staff, drive process improvements, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate financial reporting and support audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years corporate or public accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; US GAAP knowledge.
• IFRS knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for designated areas.
• Ensure US GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Lead process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Supervise staff accountants and provide guidance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for insights.
• Support audit processes and external reporting.
